  • If I request a different size, who pays the shipping cost?
    If you requested a different size because the product doesn't fit as expected, you won't have to pay any shipping costs. Your new size will be on it's way to you once we've received the original order in good shape.
  • I requested a different size but received a refund instead. Why is this?
    You received a refund because the item(s) you requested is/are out of stock.
  • If I want to return my item(s), who covers the shipping cost?
    The customer is responsible for all costs during a return, including packaging, shipping, custom fees & taxes.
  • If I requested a refund, when will I receive it?
    Once our team has secured the item(s) and validates your request, you'll be notified via email and should receive your refund within 14 days.
